This post came from my second Kickstarter Campaign — and I’m giving it a permanent home here — enjoy!
Hi Everyone — hope all of you are doing great! Just wanted to check in and say thanks so much for all of the great feedback, pics and fun stories — I love seeing how all of the kids are enjoying Lulu! There've also been reports of babies trying to teach Lulu how to chomp, teachers sharing with other teachers and a teenager finishing the activity book in one sitting! Apparently "ages 4-8" is a really loose guideline. Hahaha. Anyway, here are a few pics for fun :)
I'm still in the blender right now finalizing everything to get Lulu ready to launch — but books have been shipped off to Amazon, shipping supplies are here with me too and I'm finalizing my website shop. So, we're getting super close — hopefully only a couple of weeks away! Obviously, if you enjoyed her story and think she deserves it — it would be amazingly helpful if you'd consider writing her a review on Amazon once Lulu launches or even share about the story with friends and family — stay tuned!
In other news, we're driving north to see family for a few days (our kids have never seen snow)! While we're there, I'm delivering Lulu to my old elementary school (special thank you to the backers who donated the copies and to the backers who've helped me connect with faculty — I appreciate all of the help so much — go Huskies)! I'll be sure to share some pics :D.
Thanks again and again for all of your support, kind words and excitement over all of these months! All of you are amazing — I've needed your help getting these books to kids and couldn't have made it this far without all of you. More soon :)
